  11. WebToData formats HTML documents, removes HTML code from web pages and translates
  12. table information found in web pages into comma delimited data.  Users of WebToData 
  13. have used the program to create text based reports, databases or simply to reformat 
  14. messy html documents.  
  15.  
  16. WebToData has a number of data detection and extraction tools.  The program also 
  17. creates comma delimited data files directly from web pages.
  18.  
  19. Databases created with the program have been used to catalog 
  20. web sites, store data for direct mail advertising campaigns and much more.

  24. 2.0 Program Setup
  25.  
  26. WebToData is compressed into a single zip file.  To run the WebToData setup 
  27. program you must first unzip this file.  To do this you will require 'Winzip' which 
  28. is available at download sites such as www.download.com.

  30. 2.1 Running the setup program
  31.  
  32. Once WebToData has been unzipped you can access the setup program. Running the 
  33. WebToData set up program is a simple and quick exercise.  The setup program loads 
  34. all WebToData files on to your hard drive.
  35.  
  36. The setup facility provided with WebToData is based on up to date technology 
  37. provided by Microsoft.  The setup program may state that it is going to update 
  38. files on your system.  This has nothing to do with the WebToData program.  
  39. The updating of files relates to the Microsoft setup utility provided with 
  40. WebToData.

  42. The setup and running of WebToData has been extensively and successfully 
  43. tested on a variety of computers and operating systems.

  47. Before using this program you must agree to all terms and conditions.  Using the 
  48. software indicates acceptance of this agreement.

  69. Providing you adhere to the conditions below, you are licensed to use this software 
  70. for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 28 days.

  72. The 28 day evaluation period starts the day you install WebToData and is based 
  73. on consecutive days.  If you use this software for any reason after the 28 day 
  74. evaluation period a registration fee of $59(US) is required.  Payments can be 
  75. in US dollars or Australian dollars and should be sent to

  140. Registration costs $59.00 (US) in the USA and Canada or $59.00 (Aust) 
  141. in Australia and New Zealand. Elsewhere $69.00 (US) inclusive.
